@Pink_Corsets exactly. I like to think that the world is actually a magnetic pancake. One side being positively magnetized and the other negatively. And the people stay connected because they are either positive or negative. But if they go to the other side with the opposite charge they will be repelled and yeeted into the abyss. (This is all for the purpose of being able to push people off the edge of the world)
