I'm definitely behind as I've been inactive for a bit. But I'm 62k in and still with more than I thought to go. 
          
          Hopefully all my "behind the scenes" and inactivity pays off XD

          I can't wait to share Killswitch with everyone. Even if it isn't everyone's cup of tea, I'm proud of it. 

The writing process has been so slow for me haha. Butttttt here's to hoping it gets a little faster (:

Promise I'm not inactive. I'm just working on a lot in the background on 4 different storylines and I'm hoping to be able to release one of them soooooon!

Am I finished writing Killswitch? Absolutely not.
          
          Did I just finish outlining a brand new dark romantasy that's my DND character x my husband's DND character? Yes.

Unfortunately, CoT didn't make the shortlist. Despite that, I'm still very happy with how far I managed to go. I finished it and in my eyes that's my win. 
          
          A huge congratulations to all those who did make the shortlist! Y'all did the dang thing. Congrats.

Crown of Thorns made the long list for the Open Novella Contest! This is the best news I've gotten in a while. I'm so excited, I'm crying happy tears.
          
          If I make it no further, I'm still proud of myself. I'm proud of myself for finishing a book after 3 years of silence. Of competing and putting myself out there despite my fear. To me, I've already won in all the ways that count.
