@ddeuno_ssunoo I figured out that after observing many people and their lives, it seems like their lives are perfect when in fact it is far from it. I used to have a friend who I thought was living a content life when she was actually always living in fear and walking one eggshell. Her parents would insult her body and neglect her every single day, leading her mental health to drain. It also led her to having bulimia that led to anorexia and I discovered that one day when we invited her over for supper and she didn't come out from the bathroom for a long time. I figured out that the barf noises were her vomiting and I kinda just pieced it together.
The best thing to do is to stick up for yourself. I know it's scary, but you have to. If you get some sort of punishment, at least you tried. It's actually shocking that many parents do this, but most of them body shame their own child. It's very sad. Know that every single one of our bodies were created for a purpose and each one is beautiful even if you don't think so. Our body is what we're used to, someone else might be jealous of what you have. Instead of thinking about how terrible you are, look at the bright side.
What do you have? What should you be proud of? I find it handy to write my thoughts down in a journal... but that might just be me. Singing and dancing helps as well. Music helps a lot. Focus on yourself, try to brush off what other people say about you, because if you let that get to you, it will affect you, but if you ignore it, and focus on being successful, you will become one.
