today, you're turning 16, and i couldn't be prouder of the person you've become. i couldn't thank you enough for your patience, your kindness, and all the laughs you've brought me, for sticking by my side through ups and downs, for not letting me down on the darker times, for acknowledging my pain and trying your best to make it go away.
i couldn't care less that we've never met, you know you're my comfort crowd, and i am so grateful to have such a deep friendship with the wonderful women that you're turning into.
