i’m  better  with  swords  not  crossbows.  archery  isn’t  my  specialty,  alright?   god,  you’re  always  hating  on  me.  i’ll  leave…  as  long  as  you  promise  to  buy  fruit  snacks.

she  thinks  i’m  being  too  overprotective—  which  is  not  true  …  and  she’s  mad  i’m  giving  my  family’s  sword  to  vik  instead  of  her.  —-   ugh,  good.  i’m  glad  we’re  on  the  same  page.  i  don’t  know  what  i  would  have  done  had  you  said  no.

yeah,  yeah,  whatever.  i  just  wanted  to  see  if  you’d  like  to  go  out  and  get  a  few  drinks.  a  stress-free  night,  if  you  will.   had  an  argument  with  vanya  over  something,  which  prompted  this  surprise  visit.

(     when  he  had  first  heard  of  his  children’s  late  night  venture  to  the  border ..     he  was  just  about  one  thing;    furious.     as  the  hours  grew  looking  for  them,     the  thoughts  had  compiled  and  emotions  shifted  to  something  rather  than  just  his  rage.     confusion,     irritation,     and  even  worry.     all  these  years,    setting  rules  in  place ..    ones  for  them  specifically,      —all  for  it  just  to  be  ignored?    putting  so  much  at  risk,    going  against  his  orders?     the  crowley  male  wouldn’t  put  up  with  that.    not  as  a  father ..    and  certainly  not  as  a  king.    )      you’re  going  to  tell  me  the  truth  of  it.     then,    we  can  deal  with  the  rest.

(   eyes  followed  his  daughter  as  she  crossed  the  room,    seating  herself  in  front  of  him.     his  features  displayed  a  look  of  anything  BUT  positive.     clearly   ..  he  was  angry.   )    last  night,     where  were  you  and  tate?    and  don’t  lie  to  me.    because  i  already  know  everything.
