after a very long break , an admittance to my local mental health complex , and a run in with the police following a bipolar episode , and an almost admittance , I am back to my favorite method of escapism . I am currently in classes ( not right now I am on thanksgiving break ) and in between jobs . I am on an antipsychotic and an antidepressant ( seriquel and zoloft ) and both are very bleh but they're doing their job . I want to say that you should never deny the help that you are offered and be honest with the people who are offering their help because normally they know what they're talking about . be honest with your therapist if you have one .. they can get you the help you need . I am going to continue talking about my mental health journey and how things go when I try them so if MENTAL HEALTH is a sensitive subject I would recommend unfollowing me . I am so excited to be back and I have missed my babies .
