Okay guys I need help finding a book. I read it last year but I want to read it again but I don't remember the title. This book is about a girl who I think has heart problems and she meets this boy. They become inseparable. The girl never told him about it. But eventually he finds out on his own and gets mad. She lives with her grandma. When this girl goes into the hospital to get a heart transplant she learns that her grandma gave it to her.
