Absolutely! More writers should be that way!I added the spin off to my reading list. Hopefully I get around to reading it soon, Lee was one of my favorite characters in the book!

@tbs007 YES. That's why she's my favourite. Her books brought up real life issues instead of meaningless teen romance. There's one about addiction, one about diabetes, one about step brothers that doesn't get along. She's really good. And by the way, you totally should read the spin off. It's about Lee (Parker's brother) and oh my god he's grown up so much!
