Hello, lovies. As I am sure many of you all know, the allegations presented against the band are quite bad. That being said, I will not be commenting on this until more evidence has been provided, strictly because 3/5 of the previous claims have been proved false. Please do not take this as ignorance, or bystanding, but please take this as I intend for it to be, which is me waiting for more evidence before I pass judgement. My heart goes out to the alleged victims and the band, as we know not yet who is telling the truth. I personally am finding it hard to believe that such a thing would be done by the band, as they have all portrayed themselves as such amazing people who do not intentionally cause harm to others, but in the same vein, stranger and more damaging things have happened. I will be updating my One Shots book, as I have previous requests that still need to be filled, but "Vegas Lights" has been put on hold. This is a tough time for many of us, and I hope that you are all okay! My inbox is always open on here, or on tumblr for anybody who needs to talk. Thank you, DS.

Hi darlings, I know I haven’t posted as of yet, but I have been trying to formulate what exactly I want to say.
          
          As some of you may know, I am a white female from Australia. I can’t even begin to imagine how people of colour feel, on a daily basis and as of late.
          
          What I can say, is that I am disgusted by the treatment of people of colour. I will always stand with you all. Yes, all lives matter but there needs to be a significant focus placed on black lives, as they are constantly overlooked, attacked, discriminated against and murdered. 
          
          What people need to realise, is that, no matter the shade of ones skin, we are all human beings. We, as human beings, should give the same amount of respect to EVERYBODY. 
          
          I, as a white person who has access to privilege that people of colour do not, promise to always stand with you all. I promise to educate those in my life, and stand up for what is right. I promise to be anti-racist, as I already am, and make sure to educate myself further on how to make sure that people of colour receive the same respect that I, as a white person receive.
          
          I stand with you. You deserve better. 
          
          You will always have my respect and support.
          
          Black lives matter.
