I lied. I'm going to post the chapters I'm writing until it gets published because I need to share this with other people becuase I'm insane and can't keep my mouth shut.

Hello everyone! I'm back, and with a new story to boot! I'll be posting the first five chapters here as a teaser, but I am currently working on the full novel (which will be a 3 book saga!) Mainly wanted to get a pulse on what people think about it, but this story and characters are so dear to my heart that I couldn't wait to share their world with everyone. I hope you enjoy my new novel Always Been You! (Name subject to change).

Hey darlings! For those who read the original Taking What's His - I am finally posting the full (revamped lol) new version of Darkest Illusions!
          
          Now...the only reason I'm posting the entire book is because I've moved on project wise. I have something way better in the works, and I'll be honest, as my very first work (TWH) I'm lowkey tired of it and want to move on with my life. 
          
          That being said, the book is a mess! Lol.
          
          My editor stopped editing around chapter 10 because life got too hectic for her, and I stopped editing and really working on it around chapter 32. So you may notice some discrepancies, weird pacing, me going from paragraphs to one liners... I will admit I was only able to complete this story because I was going through a manic break and was jobless for 2/3 months lmao. But overall I'm RELATIVELY satisfied with it, and I hope y'all enjoy. 
          
          I may post my newest work here, but it's one I definitely plan to take my time with because I'm more passionate about this story and these characters than I've ever been before. But regardless, I hope you enjoy 'Taking What's His/Darkest Illusions'!!!

So Radish would like to add the updated work Darkest Illusions to their site. As many of you may know, that means I would have to take out chapters that are already published. I'm thinking about it for the next few days, but I'll let you all know if the rest of the story can be found there and when it is completed!

Okay so I realized that even though I'm updating the chapters, for readers it says the last time it's been updated since 2014. I thought about it for a while, and I don't really want to delete the original work (because it's embarrassing and hilarious) and I don't wanna lose everyone's kind comments.
          
          So! Taking What's His will stay up as the original work (I even put the original cover back on) and Darkest Illusions will be published as a separate work so that I can get it back out there for new readers. Thank you to everyone for sticking around for all the changes!

Chapters Twenty-Two has been updated. The story is now going in a wildly different direction, but I know you all are going to enjoy it. 
          
          The story is currently marked as Mature, however I'm not sure how true that is. Things are starting to steam up, but we'll see if there's any actual full on smut. I can't remember if we can write that stuff on wattpad or whatnot. 
          
          Anyways, I hope you all enjoy the new chapters and deeper exploration of Cyril!

Darkest Illusions has been updated to Chapter Nineteen. Progress is moving fast, and I'm just rearranging events so we're not losing a lot of material that was in the original story. Any chapter without a checkmark is part of the original story line, so it starts to make no sense around Chapter 20.
          
          In the upcoming chapters, Demetri will not make an appearance until later. His original role has evolved from the character he was meant to be. Thank you for your continued support, and I hope you all enjoy the new and improved chapters!

Haha, hi there! I know a lot of y'all are gonna be like, "who's this girl again?" I'm sorry, I know, I know, I've totally slacked in my writing buuuut I am trying to revamp Darkest Illusions once again. And this time it's going a lot more quickly. The entire story has changed from the original Taking What's His which reading back now, is extremely juvenile. I hope you all like this new adaption, and are pleased with how my writing has evolved! We're up to chapter six so far in updates (and it's only been one day) and I'm hoping to keep the current pace.
