Ok I just got information that my grandmother is in the hospital and might have a low or no pulse so I'm crying and I'm scared for her

Right now my mom makes me feel like just because I'm a girl that I have to do certain things a certain way and I really just want to be myself but I feel like I can't and then my brothers don't understand that I start having trouble breathing whenever I get to stressed out so they just keep messing with me no matter what and then my school work is very hard and I'm barely getting help with school
