How do i read  my message board?

Im in a bit of a slump... My cheer team just lost regomals :( heres how it goes... I was against 10 teams and the first 2 make it to nationals in disney... We got 4th place ;-(  my cheer season is over... All i loved to do was write talk to @maxericatugmyear and cheer cheer cheer
