Should I start a diary entry book with all the stuff I write in my diary?

I was listening to a song Demons by Imagine Dragons and it reminded me of a book I read on here but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called... I know it's noy much to go off but it'd be lovely if I could get a little help to remember what the book is called. I remember the plot just a little but not the name of the book, it was about a guy that was troubled you could say and a girl wanted to help him and I think he was secluded living in a castle or mansion or something
