He took a step towards me and I looked into his glowing red eyes and just below them veins pulsated. Twisting his face into something I've never seen before. He brushed away my fiery hair away from my pale neck. I felt his teeth sink into my skin, tearing the tender flesh. I was in excruciating pain and I couldn't do anything but endure it. I wanted be home with my parents. They must be worried sick. My thoughts went foggy and I was light headed. I felt my knees give in and I collapsed on the wet moss.

I'd never given much thought to how I'd die--but never had I thought it'd be like this.

I looked up to the luminous bright full moon. And writhed as the pain sliced through me.

He hovered over me with hooded eyes, blood smeared across his face, dark veins pulsating beneath his glowing red eyes.

He placed his wrist to his blood stained lips and tore a chunk out of it. He bent down and placed his gushing wound to my lips and I involuntarily drank. I thought that his blood would ease the pain but it didn't. The copper taste filled my mouth and slipped down my throat like silk.

Then in an unpleasant instant, he placed his hand on my head and the other my jaw. And with a manual twisting of the neck, an audible snap and instantaneous death. It was over.

Yes, I was dead, lying there limb in the pouring rain.
