hiii luvvv you too and I read your other messages but thanks I will and sorry I couldn't come my mom said I didn't get in invite but yes actually I do I'm kinda a expert 1.hold on to a stuffed animal or pillow 2. count count squares count circles count anything 3. 4,7,8 method breathe in for 4 hold for 7 then breathe out for 5. when doing the 4,7,8 method when u breathe in make a fist in your hand and slowly tighten it, at seven while your holding your breathe hold that tightens in your fist, at 8 when u breathe out slowly un tighten your fist, take a hot shower!!!!! and just relax bc ik its alot at your family, write online, on a journal or email me when u feel like letting out ANY emotions I may not be able to respond right away but I will check every day and give you advice whenever you need but that's all I have and hey life's hard dont stress it's ok I understand promise luv you!!!! <333 :)))
