Hello ! Hope you're doing good . Just thought of sharing a channel of my relative who is trying hard  to  make people understand that yoga is super important during this pandemic . Would you like to give it a try ?  They teach yoga asanas in an Indian language , but you will be able to understand what the yoga pose is all about .

Feeling depressed? Its not a shame, don't worry. And don't even give a damn about people judging you, they don't have any right to judge you, be yourself and believe in yourself, I've never been depressed you know why? Just because i don't care about people judging or even insulting me, i just ignore, though i feel bad for a while or two but these people wont stop until you ruin yourself, your life because of them so stop worrying about people saying stuff to you, just give them a smile even though you got offended but don't show and next time see, they wont even say anything, its called being strong and everyone can be, don't degrade yourself. The more hurt you get and show when they offend you, the more they will do
          Don't forget to smile, its precious, maybe not for you for some time, but its worth is way too priceless in someone else's life who knows? Take care of yourselves and never ever hurt yourself or curse your lives for anyone. Because for the one you do, it ain't anything more worth than just an obstacle to their " Bully success" And you dont wanna let them be so proud of their nonsense and you just cursing your lives for that one.
