I started out hating writing and refused to write at all. It wasn't until my English teacher freshman year made us doing a poetry assignment that I realized I kinda liked it. My first poem being The Heart of Fall. I decided to try writing more and I have gotten a little bit better. When I write I feel like words open my heart and lets me feel like myself. I become my own person in my own world.
