I beg to differ. Maybe you can use some practice, but we all do. I'm serious here. I posted that because I saw your message on @cold_lady19 and she usually never answers- or at least as far as I've seen. You asked her for help but you don't need it. All you have to do is keep writing. I am not an expert myself but and I my spirit does sink when I see others or when I see myself, but then I remind myself (frequently) that I won't always be that bad- if I keep writing.
