Current Work: Trusting to Love

Author Bios:
Bethany: Bethany is a Senior in high school and is the stereotypical girly-girl. You know, the tall blonde who sings, acts, plays the clarinet, is a cheerleader, and has a brain that is too similar to a fairytale for her own good. Her dream is to use her voice and lyrics to make people smile (and to find her prince, but that is a whole other topic). She believes that there is never such a thing as something being “too cheesy” and romanticizes every single interaction in her life. With her characters and this story, she hopes to communicate the realistic fairytale that happens when a girl finds her prince.

Jade: Jade is a senior in high school. She enjoys singing (a lot), acting, and dancing (badly.) She is involved in drama, speech, band- Alto and Bari Sax, choir, and probably other stuff that she is forgetting. She constantly feels short, mainly because she is 5’2”. Although she is a hopeless romantic, Jade sees the less “cheesy” sides of romance, and depicts the realistic parts of a relationship. The characters that Jade creates are very similar to herself as she believes that the best way to create a raw, true character is by relating them to your own feelings. Because of this, she is very attached to, and takes great pride in her writing.
Her aspirations are to study music theatre and eventually be on Broadway, so, you know, wish her luck. She'll need it.
