Hello, my name is Ruth!

I'm 16 years old and about to be Sophomore in High School.

I'm one of those kids that's just generally there, if you know what I mean.  I'm not particularly loud nor quiet, I'm not popular yet I have a few really close friends,  no one (as far as I know) really dislikes me.  I enjoy being somewhat invisible.

I used to spend most of my time contemplating the point of life and staring out of my window for hours at a time.  I did that until I ended up in a psychiatric hospital (just casual things).  Now I spend a lot of time contemplating the point of life while doing things with friends and going on walks with my dog.  Just social enough to trick my parents and myself into thinking I'm mentally sound.

If there's anything I've learned in life, it's that listening is far more important than speaking.
