hii!! i use picsart for resizing photos, and then use phonto to add the font, but I get custom ones from dafont.com. and then i go on Pinterest and usually search up border overlays, and reg overlays and use picsart again to add them and customize them to my liking and finally—i go to polarr and add a filter over it for the coloring!
