braces hurt a lot.
it barely hurts your teeth and hurts more your gums, inner mouth/cheek and when the nerves hit your head— it hurts so much omg.
but then again, IT WAS ME WHO WANTED THIS SO BAD SINCE YEARS CAUSE i was insecure of my overbite (which now i look back— it wasn't thaaat bad) SO I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS FOR 15 TO 18 MONTHS.
ps I get so confused how to smile cause every time i genuinely smile or laugh it always looks different. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
to all my fellow braces committee members out there,
we are so strong to brace this pain for more than a year.

@joshujiloml eight to ten months is still a lot like a LOT. I do agree on the 'beauty is pain' part :) (sad smile) The pain for around 3-4 days after the appointment is crazyyy. I'm so happy you got them removed finally and I'm sure and happy that you're no more insecure! Thankyou for the heads up hehe <33
@jebalheyo333 GIRL SAME SAME Last week I had my dental appointment and Day 1 ON SAME FREAKING DAY. and later i didn't know what hurt more— my cranial cavity or my lower body. And yes I couldn't eat anything properly not even rice TT but then now it has gone better :) I GET YOU DUDE AND The ones who teased me and made me insecure about my teeth where the one saying you looked cute why did you get braces... Umm ok shut up???????????? I'm sooo happy for you that you got those metals off your teeth TT reminder to put your retainers on if you still have touse them!
