So sorry for the lack of updates recently! My plan for January was to write as much as possible so I had plenty of chapters written in advance, but that quickly went out of the window when I realised I actually desperately needed a break (working in the theatre industry at Christmas is not for the weak lol). I’ve been on holiday too so I’ve had very little time for writing. I’m going to try and get a chapter out for you guys next weekend but for now, sorry for the lack of updates and thank you for your patience (I promise it’ll be worth it ;) ).

As the reunion chapter is looming ever closer, I’ve realised it’s been 10 months since I wrote a chapter where Willas and Eddmina actually interact… do I even remember how they function together???

I’ve just written a chapter of Only a Northern Song that introduces a character I’ve referenced heavily but never officially featured… any guesses?

@lefdle I’ve given it a listen and you’re so right it’s definitely Garlan and Leo vibes but it’s also reminded me of the eventual Edda/Willas reunion, I’m gonna give the rest of the Epic playlist a listen x

@dinosaureatsman then in that case I think the final song on the Ithaca saga where Penelope and Odysseus finally reunite reminds me of garlan and leonette espesscially since garlan was worried leonette wouldn't love him for what he's had to become to get home.
