It's been so long since I've accessed this account. I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, so here is a major announcement for anyone who has ever read and loved my stories. It's a little lengthy, so I apologize!
I got bored recently and started to read my old fanfics, and I cringed so hard. So... I've actually decided that I wanted to re-write my two most read fanfics—Lightning and One Direction’s Daughters. I never finished either of them, but now I want to do that and make them better.
Lightning will have the same title and the same plot for the most part, but I am planning to clean things up to be more realistic in terms of how quickly the relationship manifests and how certain events occur. I really loved this story, and I was really close to finishing, so now I think it's time to do so.
One Direction’s Daughters will have a different title, and the plot will have a lot of changes. I have settled on the title, 'Following Your Direction', as I thought the original title was too corny. This was the second story that I ever wrote as a teen, and it was absolutely horrible (at least when I look back at it as an adult). I have a much better direction (pun intended) for this story and am planning to make it more accurate.
Both stories will be released as re-writes sometime in the near future, even if I don't expect anyone to read them (if people do, thank you for being one of them)! It's been ages since I've ever touched this account, and some people might call it weird for someone in their late twenties to be writing fanfiction, but I've realized that none of that matters. I have never been good at finishing what I've started, so I'm going to start now!
