okay so why the hell does wattpad have ads now??!!! this is unacceptable…

Hey loves!! *cue the dramatic music*
          
          I just wanted to let you all know that I’ve decided to take a break from writing for the rest of the year.
          
          Sigh... lately, I’ve felt my passion for creative writing and Wattpad slowly slipping away, and I absolutely do not want to let that happen. Writing and storytelling are genuinely some of the things that bring me the most joy, and I want to protect that.
          
          This was not an easy decision to make, especially because I’ve carried a lot of guilt over what feels like leading you guys on for TWO damn years with MFC. But for now, MFC will be on hold while I get my sh*t together.
          
          I owe it to you guys—and, more importantly, to myself—to create work that I’m proud of and excited to write, not work that I feel pressured to produce.
          
          Over time, my relationship with Wattpad and writing has become somewhat unhealthy, and I’ve found myself slowly pulling away from something I love. I still love writing. I still love sharing my stories and creative projects with all of you. But right now, a break is necessary.
          
          On top of that, I’m also navigating the stress of first-year BioMed and working toward getting into my desired clinical programme, which requires a lot of my time, energy, and focus.
          
          I hope you all understand and respect this decision. I’ll still be around! I’ll be checking messages, and you may even spot me lurking in the comments of other creators' work. LOL.
          
          This is not goodbye forever, just goodbye for now.
          
          Writing updates, new projects that I've been working on behind the scenes, and the continuation (and completion!) of MFC will resume on January 15, 2027.
          
          Thank you for all the love, patience, and support you’ve shown me over the years. It has meant more than you know.
