                [ eyes slit down, bone cracking in half at the others approach.
                    a perceived THREAT. air blows out his nostrils, angrily. HIS peace, what little he'd gotten.
                A stranger, a danger? Approaching to. RUIN it all. LOUD growl Emits and he's primed and
                    Ready to pounce on the other. Tear into flesh if need be. ] mm ..RR..

            the only sound coming from keiko was his breath. normal but intentionally quieted. he had no idea why the kid was here , or why he was so on guard , but keiko had nothing else to do today. if his time was spent standing in place being observed by the other , then he wouldn't be too upset about it. after a moment more he slowly raised a hand , detailing everything motion , before pointing towards the ground with a raised brow. a silent question if he was allowed to sit.

  ... [ FURROWED. brows, silence wasn't expected. Usually people couldn't SHUT Up.
                      BUT. this only heightened the gnawing suspicion internally within. vision sought any change to others body language, just the slightest change. WAS all he needed. hairs fallen over eyes, lips tugging into a firm irritated frown. ]

            bumping into the boy hadn't exactly been on his agenda. no one seemed to enter the realms of his clinic unless they were injured or seeking his employment. seeing the feral like child was an ... interesting change. not one unknown to silence , he simply clasped his arms in front of himself — if only to show that he held nothing , and stared.

SUBJECT 003  :  MISC.  —  IN PROGRESS

            PERSONALITY : it depends on when you interact with him. his usual personality is dull. they don't react much , hardly make expressions — they're essentially numb. but after an interrogation they can either come out really down ( can range from anger to full out sobbing ) or extremely happy. both are vast differences to his typical personality.

            * has an indent on his nose and scattered scars across his lower face from the muzzle.

            * they're claustrophobic

            * doesn't have a medical license but he's decent enough at the job. he's not taking anyone into surgery ( outside of the interrogation room ) anytime soon but they can patch and stitch up wounds pretty well. this part of the job they do for free , as long as you're not causing them any issues.

            * he's a stab before he thinks kind of person. if he feels threatened , you're liable to end up with a stab would.

            * they appreciate things on a larger level. you could give him the most useless item and they'd find a way to use it.

            * doesn't usually like people , but he'll always stick around for a conversation. as someone who was locked away for so long he finds it nice being able to actually talk to people.

            * don't let them cook for you. it will not end well. not because it won't taste good , but because he's likely to burn down the whole place.

            * hates being told to be quiet or that he's talking to much. doing so is the easiest way to piss him off.

            * they're a heavy smoker

            * had to re - teach himself how to talk. it was a long and painful process.

SUBJECT 002  :  SUCCESSFUL  —  QUIRK & ALIAS

            QUIRK :  JUDGEMENT
            ALIAS :  ALETH

            his quirk causes death to anyone who lies after he asks a question. the death cause is typically blood loss via excessive bleeding from the mouth and eyes. it's a gruesome , painful death.

            it doesn't matter how small the question is. if you lie , you die.

            at the same time , every death equals a life. telling a truth in response to a question they ask , you gain a life. you won't be aware that you've gained one unless they inform you. no more than one life can be given at a time , so until you use the extra one given , you can't gain another.

            the more he uses the quirk , the worse his hearing gets. his quirk is used any time he asks a question , even if it's not causing a death or giving a life. it's like shooting an unloaded gun. no damage , but you're still shooting it. it will come back with time but it's a nuisance during it. because of this someone has to sit and listen to the interrogation in case this happens.

            their mood is affected by his quirk. the more truths that are told , the happier they are. the more lies that are told , the angrier he is.

            he can't use his quirk if he doesn't have a life to give in case the truth is told. they physically won't be able to ask questions out loud.

SUBJECT 001  :  CONTINUING ...

            when they had the mind to request his help , to assist them on a case , telling him he could finally use his quirk for good. the second that muzzle was removed they asked a question , an " innocent " question , and they had learned that it was a mere reflex to utter a lie if your own ideals were at risk.

            he asked if this meant the was soon he released , and with the idiotic mentality that made him feel pathetic for being entrapped by them , they fed him a lie. one death led to a dozen , done both by their quirk and hands , and that led to a number he lost count of.

            after that it was too late to leave the life sculpted for him. he was too old for sympathy and too young to be taken seriously. but for the first time in fifteen years , now almost the age of twenty , he stepped outside. the feel of the sun against his face was enough for the guilt to melt away , for him to take on this life without remorse.

            from then on he got paid for his services. a clinic multipurposed as a , in light terms , interrogation room. they'd give first aid to villains and vigilantes — never heroes , but also torture info out of someone , hanging the idea of death over their heads , and forcing those who chose silence when they couldn't spout lies to talk.

            it was more enjoyable than he'd care to admit. after years of isolation , of a constant feeling of numbness , this felt freeing. being the one in charge of the situation , being the rightful cause of others suffering. for the first time — he felt safe , in his comfortable bubble of fear and necessity he had crafted. because who would try to muzzle one who tortures for a living? who would try to muzzle the one who was partnered with so many big organizations? fools would , and they did , but he was quick to take care of them.
