okay, let me get this straight.
          
          many people are upset and/or happy about the recent news occurring in the vtuber community. there has been a specific company that has been causing quite a bit of drama within the past 4 months. if you don't know who I'm hinting about, 
          
          NijisanjiEN.
          
          
          It's not my place to talk about it but as a member of the community, I feel that I should share my thoughts.
          
          I've been supporting Nijisanji since 2021, when LazuLight debuted. Yes, many rickety things and uneasy sayings has been said since but I avoided it. I didn't think it was something I should pay attention to.  Ever since Yugo's sudden graduation,  the company has gotten a slightly toxic reputation/image. 
          
          There are 3 different ways of graduation,
          
          1. Scheduled graduation. Maybe like Lyrica, back in 2021. If you don't know why she graduated take a look at ethyria and her, pretty simple.  They tell everyone "Oh yeah I'm gonna have to graduate in 2 weeks due to ___" Simple and easiest for the fans to take in.
          
          2. Termination. This is a whole different thing compared to Graduation. Maybe like Yugo Asuma (Ex-NijisanjiEN) The company kinda closed them off with a termination without hint. I read about this a few months ago, that it was probably because they didn't schedule much, said some bad things that broke some rules unintended.
          
          
          3. Suspension, like what Zaion LanZa (Ex-NijisanjiEN) had to go through. She was suspended for 1 month, company was upset of her actions and BAM! There she goes.

 This is my insight of it all, so it might be completely wrong or different. 
            
            I think Yugo left without a choice, as Uki said that everyone fought for him to stay. It was pretty sad but rude for the company not giving full on extend of explanation,  like what they said for Zaion. 
            
            Zaion was terminated because of her actions,  almost like she wanted to be terminated. I don't support abuse or molesting as I was a victim. She was better off not debuting in my opinion. 
            
            Also, NijisanjiEn colour stage (if that's the right title) they cancelled it due to "Covid Issues". Most of the members, especially Luxiem hinted that it wasnt the case. 
            
            This is where NijisanjiEN got complicated. I am going to say, I will still write fiction on it but I want to avoid this type of conversation unless I start talking about it.
            
            If anyone is ever going to audition for a company or just any job in general, they have rules about what you share to everyone. McDonald employees wouldn't share the recipe to their burgers, as well as livers/vtubers wouldn't share the companies secrets. 
            
            If you wanna support vtubers, best don't hint their past selves if you figure them out. This goes for companies too as they will probably make it more problematic and stressful for the liver
            
            I am not part of the company just a fan that has been shocked about the situation.
            
            This is probably the end of my rant and I hope everyone understands. If it's not done, I will talk more. If you have your own opinions, I don't mind hearing about it ^^
