Hello my lovely readers!!!
          
          I am, in fact, alive.
          I want to apologize to all of you for my absence and reassure you that I have not abandoned you or this story.
          
          Life has just been a whirlwind lately, and my focus has been elsewhere.
          
          But please know I’ve got the last few chapters rough-drafted and am editing, and I should be posting very soon!
          
          I’ve also outlined my follow-up story to Splintered!
          
          While I can’t promise speed, I assure you that unless I truly am dead, I’m not going to abandon y’all.
          
          Apologies again, and thank you for all your kind words and encouragement!

Good day, everyone! I promise the next chapter will be out this week! I hate leaving you all on the edge (which is probably ironic since I do that so often). Things have been a little chaotic this week, but I have not forgotten you all. I'm hoping by Friday I should be ready with it, but if not before the end of the weekend, fingers crossed!
