Ok, so I just finished the most recent update of Measure of a Man on fanfiction.net and HOLY SHIT do I need to recommend it to everybody I know. It’s the kind of story where you’re crying while reading and twenty minutes later you’re reading with one hand slapped over your mouth because it’s just too good. The writing is STUNNING and the characters are so beautifully complex. It’s really slow burn but the writing and plot development is so good that it doesn’t even matter, it just feels so natural. It’s set around ten years after the war and hermione is healing narcissa who has a rare condition. Scorpius is also a central character(astorias son who is grieving the death of his mother), which I thought would be weird, but it’s NOT. Expect intellectual banter and a fuck ton of emotional development. anyways pls RUN to read this. Each update is an hour long roughly and updates biweekly on Friday’s which means I dedicate my Fridays to reading it and I cancel any and all social activities, because FANFIC IS MORE IMPORTANT. if you do read it PLS lmk what you think I need to talk to someone abt it
