Oh shoot, I'm going to be late!" Cameron cursed as he sprinted to his class.
This should be it. I looked up at classroom M2.2 and knocked on the door. I raked my hand through my messy brunette-blondish hair.
"Welcome inside, dear," a woman in her mid-60s greeted me warmly.
I nodded and slid into a seat next to a girl. Regaining my focus, I turned to the front of the classroom and watched the teacher.
"Okay, we're going to play an icebreaker game since I'm sure none of you really know each other," she announced.
I tried to listen, but the girl beside me looked vaguely familiar. It was as if we knew each other from another lifetime.
"Okay, so you'll each tell us your full name, what your family consists of, and your favorite hobby," the teacher explained.
Simple enough, I thought.
As the students began sharing, I yawned, waiting for my turn. When it was finally the girl beside me, she stood up, a hint of a smile on her face.
"My name is Ziva," she started. "I live with my dad, and I have a pet ragdoll named Roxy. In my free time, I love to dance."
Her eyes met mine, and I felt a shiver run down my spine. Where did I know her from?

Friday and Ian's love for each other was undeniable. But as the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. Their 5-year-old daughter had no distinct memory of her father, and their twins were separated, told only that their parents were divorced.
Ian and Friday had vowed never to set foot in Highcrest again, but they were never good at keeping promises anyway. When they cross paths at Highcrest, will a new romance blossom, or will old feelings be rekindled?
