!!! BOOK REVIEW PT. 3 !!!

The Mountain Wreath ~Petar II Petroivc-Njegos
This is my all-time favorite piece of (my)domestic literature; it is filled with many well-known quotes from my home country. It is a complicated book, in terms of putting it in a genre, it is a mix of a novella, drama, an epic poem, and a historical book. The story is fairly interesting and quick(~170 pages). A true masterpiece of Serbian writing.
          	10/10 (Unbiased, I know)

!!! Book review pt.2, because I love procrastinating !!!

Although I had read it a few months ago, The Stranger by Camus was a good read. It was not long, and it told what it had to tell. You just have to understand the character of Meursault, his absurdism, and apathy. 'It is what it is' if it was a book tbf, he is willing to help and befriend new people, as long as it doesn't bother him, i.e. Raymond who is a pimp and is using Meursault for his benefit but he doesn't mean ill for him, but in the end, he ends up shooting the Arab because of Raymonds altercation with him, and of course, the SUN, which is a very big motive in the book. I don't really like his character, but it was a good read, a boatload of philosophy that you have to understand too. 7/10, would recommend.

!!! Book review because I love *not* writing my own !!!

I read Crime and Punishment recently and GOLLY, it was a good read but by God was it boring as well because it takes 200 fucking pages for Raskolnikov to man up and kill the pawnbroker, and then the next 400 pages was him in a paranoid depression where he gets sick from it. The characters are fleshed out, they serve their own purpose, each and every one. To say that Dostoevsky was far ahead of his time is an understatement(in terms of psychology).
          8/10, would read again.
