@asuna-neko ayeeeee i think you're asking the wrong person, cos i suck at softball, im really sorry. But i'll try to help.
For throwing, your throwing arm has to be 90° in line with your shoulder. Dont bend your elbow so the ball is next to your ear. And dont push the ball, throw it. I always push and get scolded by my coach sigh
(Btw my throwing is like super super super bad)
For batting, keep both feet parallel. "Load" (lean back when you see the ball to prepare and gain power" when the pitcher brings the ball around his/her head and extend your arms forward to hit the ball. When you bat, both legs must be slightly bent but as you are batting the ball, your front foot must be more straight. Remember to twist your back foot as you turn to bat the ball to gain power and dont roll your wrist as you follow through.
Wow, i can do it in theory but i cant actually do it properly, im a failure in life *cries*
Sigh i have been playing softball for like 3 years since primary five (11 years old) but im not in the team this year (secondary one, 13 yeads old), proves to you how lousy i am
