Who am I? Well, first off, My name is Denise. Some people call me Dee Marie. I make my standard so high and with that being said I excel at my college and with whatever I do. I do not to let anything hold me back. If you have ever seen the movie SeaBiscuit, I am that horse. I keep going and going and going. Nothing stops me. I deal with what is thrown my way, every challenge no matter how tough. I am a fighter; I do not back down, no matter what. Have you ever heard the Fight Song? I cried the first time that I heard that song because that described my life to a tee. Well, I am fighting for my life. Every day, everything I do. I was once told that God only gives us what we can handle, and I have seen that be proven to me time after time. I am trying to be a positive person. One step at a time.
