HI HELLO i know it's been ages and i promise i didn't mean to leave you all hanging--exams are over and i've been working hard on the next update for roses and starlight! enjoy this little preview while you wait! | 
          
          There was no difficulty in figuring out where they were in the sleek manor atop the Court's very own mountain. In fact, what lead Morrigan to the private dining room wasn't the midnight lake of Rhysand's power, nor the saccharine smell of fruit tarts that wafted from the open door. 
          
          It was the bickering. 
          
          If this girl had already caused the High Lord to lose his composure, then perhaps she had more influence over him than Mor knew. Though it would certainly fit the many whispers she'd already heard--rumours from even the tightest of lips. 
          
          When Morrigan pushed open the kitchen door with a flourish, her most dazzling and beatific smile upon her lips, she wasn't sure exactly what she expected Feyre to be like. Perhaps she was tall, with alabaster skin and quiet, midnight eyes. Or she might be broad-shouldered, with a smile like sunshine as she commanded the attention of every room she entered. 
          
          Their eyes met, and her smile faltered.

you may have noticed that chapter three of roses and starlight was taken down recently; it's not a mistake, i just felt as if it lacked content and needed to be rewritten. i've planned out the next few chapters, and with luck they'll be out soon!
