Is kissing your best friends weird? Like no feelings involved. (Asking because of a recently commented something like this on a story and some people thought it was unusual)

When I read stories fsr whenever the author is explaining what the character is doing, for example “The boy sits up shocked but begins to laugh” I always imagine them like as if they are sims characters- Is that weird-? 

Currently working on two story’s at the same time. Why? I don’t know. Am I aware that it’ll causing my sleep schedule to be fucked? yes. Do I care? absolutely not.
