@AnakinMariowalker Japanese. It means "trapped in another world". Basically, in an isekai plot, a character (usually a human) is trapped in another world. It's pretty popular in manga/anime, but it's been used in Western stuff too (The Wizard of Oz, for example, is a Western isekai). Most of my fics are isekais because I love that plot so much.
