@roseislovelove I'm so glad I've never encountered someone who said it should have ads because I would lay into them so badly. The beauty of it is that it can operate without ads BECAUSE of volunteers and communities donating so it doesn't have to sell it's soul just to operate. It's what makes it special and if you want ads, go to a site that has ads and quit disrespecting the love and care put into keeping the site AD FREE and accessible. My only thing is I haven't seen many AI fanfictions on the site so far, just like one or two tops, but yeah I totally get the part with New users harassing the authors I've seen that happen real time and every time I'm like "are you, FREAKING KIDDING ME?!" Because if there's ever a way to make someone not want to update its harassment and I've seen it happen enough times that I get pissed when I see it cause I'm like "YOU'RE NOT ACCOMPLISHING ANYTHING HERE! YOU'RE JUST MAKING IT WORSE!"
