How do you get more people to read your stories..? Do people wait for the story to be completed or do they follow along with updates? I'm asking genuinely since it doesn't seem like a lot of people are reading the updates (when I DO update ;; sorry) so I'm just wondering.. how can I make my stories more interesting and appealing?

For me I gained a bit of a following as I was producing new chapters for one of my fanfics (YCCiP to be specific) and I guess in my case it appealed to the audience I had because of the background it had, which in YCCiP’s case, was FNaF. But generally, I think it all comes down to blurbs and narrations. What you have right now is currently fine, but if anything, make them a little bit longer and reveal a tiny bit more about the story. It’s just a suggestion, you can keep yours the way they are if you want :3
I guess for attracting an audience, they would be willing to read books that appeal to them, right? So just wait, and you’ll get yourself a following of people who like your story concept or your writing style that may be willing to read more of your works!
In conclusion, try to make blurbs attract a little better and just be patient!
