If you want to bring glory back to Wattpad, you do it through this story. I haven’t picked up Wattpad in YEARS simply because it’s overrun with stories of underdeveloped characters, plot holes galore, and overall over saturated stories in genres that are essentially dead ends. THIS RIGHT HERE? This goes up in the Hall of Fame. Romance, combat, deceit, yearning, friendships, FAMILY BROO— @HollyShmit has touched all the bases. I cannot stress that enough how close I will have this story to my heart for years to come. This book took me through the wringer and back, and it’s not even the usual overdone 100+ chapters that were actually necessary to my heart’s health. Our main lead, Raine, will have you up and out of your seat. She’s the heroine I think we all need in this harrowing time of damsels in distress. Though her resolve for revenge on her lover weakens, the breakdown of it all isn’t makes this masterpiece. I cannot stress enough how amazed I am at the pacing of this book. Lovers to enemies to lovers was something I was never expecting on this level. And the plot twist at the end really tied it all together—my stomach is a wreck I’m in shambles after the end. Author, how could you be so cruel ;( BUT THE PAIN FEELS GOOD (Sylvos and I can relate somewhere at least). Seriously, just bravo
