@ur_genderfluid_idiot it should explain at the link, but basically starting October 15 a bunch of people are going to stop working and buying, the goal being to destabilize the economy enough to make a difference. I didn’t explain it very well, but it is one of the more organized and real ways we can make change. If enough people do it, the rich will have to listen.

            And just my luck, I walk up to the pinned-up parchment at the same time as Malfoy. If rolling your eyes made noise, you could hear me from outer space. 
            
            Trying my best to ignore his existence, I walk up and start looking for my name. Right as I think I see it, Malfoy shoves me out of the way. I almost fall to the floor, but manage to keep my balance. Thank Merlin I have some dignity left. 
            
            “Oh sod off, Malfoy. I’m not in the damn mood for your shit right now,” I spit.
            
            Through an exaggerated fake smile, he says sickeningly sweetly, “You might want to think about changing your behavior—roomie.” He smirks devilishly and walks away. 
            
            Fuck. Why. The. Fuck. Am. I. So. Damn. Un. Lucky?
            
            Aight here you go, sorry the tenses are a little weird I’m the worst at that

            Hermione, Ron and I are sitting at the Gryffindor table when Dumbledore’s voice booms out from the front of the room.
            
            “The staff and I have decided that this year we will begin a new concept as to strengthen house unity.” He pauses and looks around the room. “You will no longer be able to room with your house-mates... you need to mingle and make new friends.” He smiled. “Come see your new rooming pairs after the feast.”
            
            Oh no no no no... this is the worst possible development, I thought to myself. My nightmares have gotten so much worse as of late and Ron is the only one who can help with them. He seems to have forgotten about this little issue though, instead more worried about who he’d be sharing with. 
            
            “There’s no way in hell I’m rooming with a Slytherin,” he says, scoffing.
            
            ‘Mione, being her ever optimistic self, says, “This will be a fantastic opportunity for all of us.” Ron gave her a dirty look and she smacked him on the side of the head.
            
            After I’ve stuffed myself to the absolute brim, I push myself up and mutter, “I guess I’ll go see who I got.” I was expecting a reassuring thumbs-up from Hermione or an empathetic smile from Ron, but nothing. They didn’t even notice I had left. 
            
            It’s nothing new though, ever since they started dating they seem really distant, like they care more about each other than whatever I’m doing or saying. They hardly seem to even notice I’m there half the time. Oh well...

So I'm slightly confused at this. If it's like a language then why would it be racist to say it? Wouldn't it be like, say, an white speaking Spanish? Not hate I'm honestly just trying to understand
