@sinkps00007 honestly… I just follow the feeling. I think emotional stories come out best when I stop trying to be ‘perfect’ and just let the characters talk the way real people think. If a moment hurts, I let it hurt. If it’s happy, I let it be soft and shiny. I don’t hide the messy parts. I don't include the unnecessary happy part. Life is not perfect, either story
