I’m working on something at the moment and wanted to have some input, 
          	how many words per chapter do you guys find the most appropriate? 
          	
          	Like around 2k words or would longer chapters be better?

          	  Usually I do something within the 1500-2200 range but basically as long as it's over 1k I deem it publishable
          	  
          	  But then a lot of people told me my chapters are really short so probably in the 2k range is good

@peanoott Thank you for the feedback! I have a few longer chapters planned out so I just wanted to know whether people prefer them that way or if I should split it across more chapters :D

i generally prefer longer chapters over shorter ones, but just write whatever you feel comfortable with. don’t force yourself to write longer chapters if you don’t feel like it
