          	hi everyone,
          	
          	it's with a slightly heavy heart that i must annouce the following : i do not, in any way shape or form, tolerate, nor condone, nor support any of mark lee's revealed actions. i'm not here to defend his name or explain myself on the matter, that's just what it is.
          	
          	the ONLY reason why i plan to (eventually) continue publishing chapters for fanservice is because more than 85% of this story has already been prewritten. i've practically poured my blood sweat and tears into making this story possible and i'll be damned if i give that up over someone who is of zero importance to me. i am choosing to push past my personal discomfort to make this specific fic work.
          	
          	however, with that in mind — any of my additional works featuring him will be pulled from all of my social medias (including any of my socmed aus/fics) — where they will likely be converted to a new fandom or scrapped altogether. no idols moving forward are safe from similar treatment. anybody who i do not support as a person/artist will no longer be included in my works. i will work hard towards revising, reconverting and considering such as i streamline this decision in the foreseeable future.

          overall, i do apologize if this leaves room for any displeasure, but i can no longer continue to bypass or sacrifice my morals, or allow myself to pour into one of my most cherished crafts, for things and/or people who don't deserve it. this is no longer coming from a place of previous care or consistent disappointment as a former fan, just finL acceptance that i cannot change people or control their actions. the only resolution i have to personally improve is who i put my time and energy into now and how i choose to move forward with such. 
          
          so, i ask for your full understanding with this as i transition towards a new chapter in both my writing journey for my fanfics and my overall position as a k-pop fan from this point.
          
          and i thank you for taking the time out of your day (or night) to hear me out.

hi guys, 
          
          i just wanted to formally announce that i'm going to be taking a break on updating, as i'm currently going through a bit of a personal situation. i do plan to (possibly) continue writing here and there, but for the time being, publishing chapters is on an indefinite pause, until i can mentally enjoy the process once more.
          
          i hope to be back really soon, and i genuinely appreciate all the newer traction my fics have been getting lately :') i'm grateful for y'all and this little community we're building so many years later !! all i can ask is for you to please wait for me, promise i'll be back as soon as i can! <3

          fanservice is on another brief pause this week, as i haven't gotten a chance yet to crack out the next chapter + ao3 will be temporarily down (again!) in the next few hours. . . and yes, the irony is not lost on me, trust haha. :'D
          
          anyways, pls look forward to a new update by next friday (if all goes well ofc) and tysm again for all your patience with me <3

hiii guys,
          
          yet another update incoming, as i'm unfortunately not feeling too great this week. i've decided to push the next chapter of fanservice until (hopefully) next friday — mainly so i have time to rest over the upcoming weekend, while also getting the busier first half of next week out the way.
          
          i very much appreciate all your patience and understanding though, y'all! i shall be back fairly shortly <3

          i just wanted to inform y'all that i'll be postponing the next chapter of fanservice (until monday's update) due to ao3's "temporary down service." given i post chapters simultaneously on each platform, i'd like to keep things fair to those who read on either or.

          i may begin double-posting for fanservice starting next week (it should be every monday and friday moving forward)! 
          
          in an ideal world, i'm gonna remain inspired and stay consistent on here, so i'm throwing this into the void now to hold myself accountable lol. pls feel free to do the same if i start slacking off :')
