that’s amazing, i love satirical and gritty commentaries on the real world. i was reading the name of the rose by umberto eco recently, he was an italian historian. we studied about him and i happened to stumble upon his novels, he writes brilliantly and the name of the rose in particular is about a murder in a monastery during the 1300s and a whole lot biblical analysis medieval studies. man used all his historians craft in the book.

AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT FEELS LIKE JANUARY ITSELF HAS LASTED A WHOLE YEAR? i’ve been buried with work but none unsettling, i’m glad to finally be a busy bee- i missed it. i’ll get back in the groove hopefully. also yes, i had made myself some tiny promises this new year’s- being regular to the gym was one of them and i wanted to begin running marathons so yes, i need to get back on track again. hopefully soon!
