Dr. Sharad completed his three-year senior residency training and worked on the medical staff at Max Hospital as an associate consultant and ENT specialist. In the department of otorhinolaryngology at SGRRIM&HS, he is an assistant professor and became compelled to teach academics during his private practice. The idea of developing a website came to him when he realized that several more students and general people might require his medical assistance and this can create awareness in people.
