"...i'm sorry." he murmured with a monotone voice. "...they broke me." he said, shakily lifting a malformed hand to cup her face - the bones were protruding out of his body, so it seemed like a sort of exoskeleton on him. all while a tear rolled down his cheek in that moment of silence.
