Unsurprisingly, considering his chosen post, Dr. William Weeks has always been an enthusiastic academic. He received his bachelor of sciences in chemistry and biology from Whitman College in Washington. Immediately after, he attended the University of Texas Medical Branch for his medical doctorate. He then moved on to earn a master of business administration from Colombia University. He finalized his academic studies in France, earning his PhD in economics from Aix-Marseille University.
