@maiscupoftea you asked the wrong person mai my sleep timings are 3am, 2.15am, 1.45am TT but even if I slept late I could wake up on time and survive school but yesterday i slept at 11.45 ( and woke up late tdy + slept through a whole damn chemistry lecture and I still feel sleepy ) idk my sleep schedule is messed up, but everyone tells me to not use my phone atleast an hour before I go to sleep n stuff, maybe you should stop staying up late writing and updating ( your health matters more than anything ) and try to just sleep a bit before the time you usually sleep and slowly correct your sleep timings ig...
