Did u see the new episode of gravity falls? OMG I can't!!!! it was so good!!! 
          	
          	OK I got some theorys!!! 
          	
          	1) Ford is working still  with Bill. He has been promised something great and is really the bad guy. 
          	
          	2) Ford doesn't realise it, but he let bill control him for so long, Bill was able to have part of him in Ford. There is a small part of Ford that bill controls and Ford doesn't know it, but he keeps getting posesed and he just thinks it was him in control, but it wasn't. 
          	
          	3) OK, kinda far fetched, but.... Ford is the ship shifter who is working with bill. OK lemme explain,  the Ford who came out of the portal is the real Ford, but he was exploring the woods and went to his old bunker. there he saw the shape shifter in the form of frozen dipper. he knows that dipper idolises him and wants to follow him everywhere,  so he assumed that dipped followed him, and acsadentaly got frozen. trying to thaw dippet out, he unfrezes it, and the shape shifter rather kills Ford or freezes him, and proceeds to take his place. The shape shifter is offered something amazing when the apocalypse comes. most likely ruling some thing and limetless forms. the shape shifter agrees and is posing as Ford now. 
          	
          	So ya just some theories I came up with. 100% spazzy jazzy made!  OK well, till next time....
