Don't mind me publishing random stuff. I'm working on something....

(Seriously, don't mind whatever I publish. It's some really awkward cringy writing from 2015.)

Fantasies_Escape

@dxstyshclf I shall mind!
I shall read every word and love it!
          	  Love ya Phoebe!

About roleplays, I will try (-try-) to get back to it as soon as I can. I don't want to leave my OCs and my Reaper account. I'll update my OCs and work on my Reaper, but I just need to figure out my schedules, and handle school and personal problems. Until then, I'll be inactive on Wattpad.

Just to add, I plan on writing fanfictions (mostly R76) on AO3 soon.

It’s all right Phoebe! I know what you mean, I haven’t been on this site as often as I said I would. I’ve just been busy with school and other things.

And I’m sad that the Overwatch fandom is dying out. Interest is just sort of dwindling, myself having jumped the ship long ago.

But no matter what happens, I’ll be supporting you no matter what. Stay you girl!

Hello. I don't know how long I've been inactive on Wattpad or how long it's been since I've updated any of my books, and I don't know if saying sorry will cut it. I've promised to reply to roleplays or to update my books or even chat, but I've broken those promises. I feel really bad for leaving Wattpad for so long especially since I've met so many great writers, roleplayers, inspirations, and friends here. And it makes me really disappointed in myself that I might be inactive for longer.

I haven't been writing or drawing very much lately. I've spent a lot of time trying to get sleep or finish my homeworks early. I don't get to spend as much of my time on hobbies as I used to when I started.

When I came back from a hiatus before, I promised to write. But recently, I haven't been motivated to write at all. I think one thing that has my motivation drained is the fact that I write differently now from how I used to write before. I'm harder on myself when I write, and I hold myself to academic standards now especially since my school decided that my class would have extra essay writing activities. I never had a problem with writing essays, but the rest of my class does. The fact that they failed their essay writing exams has affected me and my schedule. Now, I'm starting to get tired of writing.

One last thing is that I'm worried about the Overwatch writing community. I've noticed that a lot of the people I look up to have left their books and joined other fandoms. I know that a lot of you are still there, but I can't help but feel like the only fandom I've ever felt so passionate about is dying.

So, I'm very very sorry to say that I can't be updating my stories anymore. Maybe I'll come back to it, but it isn't very fun to write right now.

I do plan on jumping back. I'm trying to write both fanfictions and originals, but I won't be posting them until they're done. That's just so I'm sure I can update stories without leaving them to collect dust.

          I'm sorry again.

@dxstyshclf Don't be so hard on yourself Phoebe! Life comes first and unfortunately it can take up such a large portion of time that things you used to love can become a chore (believe me, I know) it's totally fine to take an extended break to get yourself in a healthy state before returning. Just because you get caught up in life or school doesn't mean that you yourself (mentally, emotionally, mentally) have caught up and recovered.

You can't give from a cup that's empty or when you have to many cups to fill at once, we will all be here when you feel like you can return and feel passionate about it. I might not speak for everyone but I don't think anyone here wants to make your writing feel like a tough chore, another thing on your to do list, it's not fair to you or your creative works you are loved, missed and thought of often. We want you to love what you do, even if it means you need to walk away for a while

I can't wait to see what you put forth in the future!

°^| I honestly absolutely hate the new update. I turned the message board notifs off, and they're still filling up my notifs.

It's getting harder to use Wattpad. Until I can figure out how to live with all the new updates and errors here, it's going to be hard to update books more than usual and reply to roleplays. Hopefully, I can finally get the other three chapters out soon. They're all done!

Just when I thought I could have done better, summer ended. I didn't expect it to go so fast, nor did I expect to update once only on one book. That disappoints me big time.

So, this morning, I worked my ass off at 2 am, surviving only on milk tea to finish off two chapters for each book. I don't feel like disappointing anyone but myself.

It's going to take a few days to edit especially since the first week of school is already packed. However, I will be sending out the updates as soon as I can. My sleep schedule is already as screwed up as it is, so I might as well make good of it.

I'm really sorry for making everyone wait for those updates. And I'm sure as hell sorry for not being active here on Wattpad.

          If you're still here, thankees.

Hi Phoebe! I hope you’re having a nice morning, afternoon, evening or whatever time you’re reading this at.

I need your help. I’m working on a new fanfic, but it’s for Paladins: Champions of the realm. I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it before, but that’s not what I’m asking for.

What I’m asking for is insight into how you write your fanfics, specifically dialogue. To tell the truth, the stories I write are mainly plot heavy and don’t feature a lot of interaction between characters. I feel really guilty about this and I wanna change some things up for this new one.

Just advice will do. If you can point me out to anyone whose written for Paladins, I’d appreciate that.

Thank you for taking the time to read this!!

@mrbadass23

°^| Oh hey! Long time no talk!

I have heard of Paladins, but I haven't really watched any gameplay or know any lore of it, really. So, I don't think I know anyone who writes about it.

I'm was actually quite the opposite. I write a lot of dialogue. I'm very heavy on characters and development, so I think I'm just used to writing dialogue.

When I write dialogue, I usually write it separately on notes or another document. I just think of a situation and think of what one character would react or think regarding the situation.

For example, there's a party, and one particular group is all tired out. A character can talk about a girl she met on thr dance floor, and another character would tease her about it.

Just remember to give characters lines that match their mood, personality, and mannerisms.

You can also use dialogue to tell readers about something that happened "off screen." Like in battle, you focus on one character specifically, and later on, another character can talk about how they fared in the battlefield.

When I write dialogues, I do some things to get me started. I can derive inspiration from a real conversation I had or with a conversation in a show or movie. Then I just type one line, and imagine how others would react.

That's all I could think of right now. Hope it was helpful.
